well... the tech told me to check small cover over the bypass tray.
It was closed but not firmly closed on both sides and so this message.:mad:
What is really annoying is the poor and incorrect...

I get a 'Door open at paper tray 2' message in this new printer and thus it will not print.
Aside from trying to close it can I do anything else to overcome this before I call tech assistance?...

Even without fiery I intent to squeeze printers color ability to its max.

The 2nd image comes out of place at the trail edge side. The lead edge is ok.

The prints were made in digital-ready silk coated SRA3 paper 130g and 250g.
