either one of the developer not seated properly that will disrupt the rotation of ibt belt. or the ibt cleaner is clogged.

the sensitivity of ohp sensor, near registration sensor, is to high, just block the ohp sensor with bit of paper for temporary solution.
replace ohp sensor if you have spare.

new developer has new atc sensor. try to adjust the atc sensitivity using the three digits mark on atc sensor itself. use pws.

it might be running out of particular toner. isolate by prinitng cmyk.

srewtape is right, to enter service mode in irC3200: additional function key, 2&8, additional function key.

try to test print internal pattern to isolate problem.
if test print is with same problem, you have to concentrate
on xerographic process either on drum, developer, ibt or fuser.

probably the difference is the individual crum data, can't be interchangeable.
