Since this machine is used in Asia and Europe, it will be different from the machines that are sold in the United States. Are you in the US or are you in Europe? You can always go to the Muratec...
I'd kind of be careful with having the customer look at the cables. I've seen people inadvertently hit one of the print heads when swapping supplies (but the cover likely wasn't open all the way) and...
Have you tried setting the background level? Setting, * , 0, 9, background level, enter.
Make sure you contact Muratec about that drum that's not printing. If it failed immediately after install, they may be able to do something for you.
Is the machine sitting on a flat surface? You shouldn't have to adjust the print-head cables constantly.
If you make a copy and pull the transfer belt out before it images to the paper are you...
Muratec does not sell the fuser parts individually. You would have to order the complete fuser assy. That part number is DA7A013C40.
Does phone support for 25 years count?
Try resetting the machine-Press Menu, *, 4, 5 and then enter when it prompts you to.
Turn the machine off and back on, then see if the error is gone. If not, then you'll need to contact your...
Steve,
If you have another 3590, try installing the supposed "empty" toner into it (or a 3530) and see if the "replace toner" message follows it.
Did the machine tell you that a new toner had...
As I didn't install the cassettes this time (I did the first time), I am not sure about the "feet" but I'll check that. I do know that the machine is installed in a back office and, while the staff...
I have a customer with a C35 that is jamming out of the third and fourth trays. The trays are not over-filled. The end user is filling the trays about halfway up at this point. We have replaced both...
I don't believe you'll find the drum/toner manufactured by anyone else. You'll need to call Muratec to order supplies.
DK2700 is the part number for the drum and the toners are TS2700K, TS2700Y,...
You're certainly welcome!
You have to press Setting, *, *, * first, then Setting, *, 0, 7.
Did you get this issue resolved?
Hey guys, I've got a Samsung 6x45 machine that is giving an odd "CRU fuse error" and displays (according to a tech) "43323DEC1P949RTMD". He says his customer can turn the machine off and back on,...
Call 1-800-347-3296 to talk to Tech Support
Call the Muratec Parts department. The part number is DA7A013C40.
PM me for the parts phone number.
I have a bad habit of singing or humming when I'm looking up part numbers for field techs. I try not to. It's a matter of trying to fill "dead space" on the phone when I'm talking to someone.
Hafn,
This machine was not manufactured for use in the United States. Where are you located? I can try to get you to the correct people for assistance.
That's why it's complaining about toner. The Muratec cannot use the Oki toner.
Call Muratec's Technical Support 1-800-347-3296 and select option #1. We'll give you part numbers and get you the number to call and order parts.
Are you using OEM toner?
I have clients who run many, many pages through the ADFs on their 5935s, so I'll keep this in mind. Thanks!!
The only other thing you can do is an all ram clear: Setup, *, 0, 3, Enter.
It wipes ALL of your user settings to factory defaults.
