I am running PinPoint Scan 3.4.56.31 on a TASKalfa 5054ci with v3.09 firmawre and is working OK. Maybe using an older version of PinPoint Scan, try newer version.

Have a Savin 920 that needs firmware updated. I have the firmware, but need the proper procedure to do the update.
I needs paper feed roller and separation pad for a RISO SF5130 digital duplicator if any one can help.

Make sure mail server name and port are correct. Most 2202 errors are from bad DNS setting. Try using 8.8.8.8 (Google) for DNS instead of customers DNS.
