One of the c5502 device printing and copying faded image, if i print letter size half print is ok but half print is not visible. Replaced ITB unit but still the same.

i checked on...

So where exactly it wraps up? does it have bridge unit or just a inner tray. It is doing while short edge or long edge.

Well, looks like someone has changed all admin password and even supervisor also when we try login as supervisor and password blank its not letting in.

we have ricoh mpc3001 and mpc4500 both copiers asking user code when we turn on the copiers. We tried supervisor, admin, 12345678 but not working, keep saying user authentication...
