    there is a tsb for this issue, an updated LGC board is available. Also be sure the machine doesn't have the defective a18 sensors in it.

    I would have the power checked, these advance boxes need pristine clean power. Bad power seems to cause strange problems, sometimes clearing the dc controller or reader controller will solve some.

    The mpc3503 is 90lbs lighter than an mpc3500. Lots of plastic and any metal is paper thin. Don't strap them too tightly if you use a moving van to transport them, you will bend the frame.
