you need to have set indiviual trays as cover and slip trays before it will do what you need the option to do so is in the user tools but the person that demonstrated it should have shown you that.

Sounds like the Sensor bracket or the actuator for it on the drum is possibly bent causing the clamp to open too early thus preventing it from fully opening
Suggest cheating the front door and...

I always turn em off just check it on all visits only takes a few minutes to vac it out the sensors are too sensitive and can give false full reading even with the shitty bit of plastic they added to...

MPC2500 BLK ones fit with no problems other than chopping the pins off etc. and are cheaper Just need to swap the front covers over
