I agree with Wazza and John, but can anyone explain how the magenta DV has a different count than the rest. Each color would advance for each color click.

The paper clip was put on at the factory. Make sure the sensors also turn off when the scanner is moved out of home position.
L3 is a scanner error. When you turn it on watch the scanner and see what happens.
You couldn't begin to imagine how many F4-02 calls I've been on since the change. Seems the supply girl just can't get it through her head.
Sleeps all day, up all night:D
Sharp changed the toners You need an AR156nt toner.
BC, Pull the transfer belt and go in from underneath with a pair of hemostats. a little grease on th back of the gear will hold the spacer. No more bloody hands and arms. :)
No.
In simulation 26-01 reducing the value by 10 will remove the sorter.
Thats what I get for not checking. If the 27's work, it is probably just a cost difference. Give a different # so you have to stock more.
Sharp seems to be good at that.
I believe the 700mk is only for the black drum.
That's what we are using, it still doesn't correct all the voltage problems we encounter is some of these small towns, but ti does help.
Tried the capacitor and it did not work, not to say it will not for you, but I think these problems are caused by unsteady voltage from the outlet.
I had one doing this, tried all the fixes Sharp said to do with no joy. Put it on a power filter, and have had no problems since.
Thank You, I'll keep this one in the back of my mind.
As touchy as those foam rollers are I'd have to be in a hard spot before I tried it, although I will keep it in mind.

Customer has arm 450 that after 1-2 weeks 2-4k copies, will quit feeding from tray 1. Feed rollers just don't pick up paper. Give rollers a quick wash and all is fine. Have replaced rollers, same...
Check the mag roller for toner buildup, a good cleaning with a 3M pad will resolve this, just don't scrub too hard as it will worsen the effect down the road.
Approx. how many copies between buildup? This sounds like way too much dust for even bad paper. I would pull one into the shop remove covers, drum, dv ect. hit it with the air hose and see what...
Just a shot in the dark, but, are you using OEM toner and DV?
Have you pulled and cleaned the PS units? I am just wondering if the dust is coming from some where else. What are the copy counts on the machines?
20-01 for maint., 24-07 for drum.
