Have you cleaned the Rubber registration roller in the right hand door, does it jam the same all cassettes and have you tried A4R.

What is the Jam code and have you cleaned the two sensor assys that sit about 7-8 oclock around the drum assy and also clean the black tape on the sensor assys.

Is it no paper in tray for counter report.

Hi this a bad machine when it comes to drums and fusers, if your customer is doing over 30% colour coverage then the drums will not last life especially the black. There is a new modified ITB unit...

yes dirty lasers,it is worth taking lasers out and clean mirrors and polygon mirror.

Its just the laser being dirty, remove the laser and clean mirrors and polygon mirror, very dirty mc.
