I am a Canon Tech , new to Xerox ,now we received lot of Xerox WC 7232/7242 machines.

Now I find that not all functions are installed ,like I find in some machines that only COPY...

TRy to load and install UFR print drivers for ir 3570.
May be there is problem with the driver u have installed.

From both platen and adf.
however from the adf it was fixed luckily.but from the glass matter is cut while scanning

In canon ir 2020i , i tried scanning using send option , when i browse using windows SMB , and select the computer , it asks for the user id / password.when i enter the user id and password...

attached is the error report when i try to send by entering manually the hostname,usid /pwd etc.
