I have a similar problem. I just changed my refurbish printhead to oem printhead.
Check the toner.
Clean the contact.
Check the fuser if it is working.
Clean the lens.
Try the yellow toner to the other printer.
Replace the yellow toner.
Replace the fuser. This will fix the error.
Replacing your printhead will solve this problem.
Most probably you are using a generic toner. Replace it with oem toner.
Replace your printhead with oem. This will fix your problem.
This is why HP always advise us to use OEM toner to avoid this kind of problem.
You should only use specific drum for a specific product to avoid errors.

Sometimes the problem is the cartridge.
If you use generic cartridge and not oem.
It`s the contact in the magnetic roller that`s causing this problem.
Usually it`s from a recycle cartridge.It` is not installed properly.
You could check this website for your printer parts.
Also they sell fuser and rollers for your printer.
You can save a few bucks using a refilled cartridge but in the long run you may encounter different errors plus this will void your warranty.
HP always advise to use only oem cartridge.

If cleaning doesn't fix your problem ask for a printhead replacement.

Sorry to hear that but you will need to replace your fuser and image transfer kit to fix your problem.
