Whats the status of the trasfer/separation unit?
Check if it is properly grounded.
Check if the transfer roller is properly touching the ITB housing at sides. if one or both of housing is broken...

To the thread poster.
it is possible to read passwords thru eeprom reader dump.
Just NVRAM1 is needed.
If you can provide that file (256kb) maybe i can do something.
Is it me or the image in the attachment seems stretched?
Are you sure you are no getting any codes out of this?
From Goose guide:

That pig can produce 10.000 pages x day if not more. There is no way its is so dirty with only 10k pages. Lot of maintenace to do it seems.
I've older models still going on with 5M+ pages way more...
Can you send me the dump of NVRAM?
I may be able to decrypt those passwords

I buy only the AD027050 charge roller for the 03/04 series (My parts pusher classifies this as compatible). Ricoh will never admit is their product but the box has all the Ricoh stuff in. QR Code/SN...
It has only the stopper broken. Some 'tech guy' must have used hulk force to brake it.
The belt is ok anyway.
OK. Confirmed guys. The stopper works there too.
The initial problem was SC460 followed by SC492. Seems the if the ITB is not firmly in place you get strange high voltage errors.
Yes, That smal part is a box 15x15x15 cm and costs 100€ here. Maybe i'm beeing ripped off
Wait: you can buy only the auger?
I'm always forced to buy the whole Tonner Hopper Ass'y. And it costs around 100€ here in Italy.
Thnx man. Will try it today and send feedback.
Right

I dont have any 3002 in hand to check myself, and the one i'm going to service have...
You need to use the pico FUSE to reset the error. In wont go away with 5810.
You need 5810-002 which is disabled. You need the pico Fuse to enable that menu.
D147-FUSE is the part number
Guys the problem is that the SP to dump NVRAM data is not available in Factory mode. Thats why we need an EEPROM reader.
Hello guys,
I've been reading some posts where there were some cases of Mfp's brought off lease and the previous tech has changed the SP access code. Well the code is saved in the NVRAM but we...
You said you changed developer. Have you used the correct procedure for initializing it?
Bias has to set up to default and 2 or 3 more corrections.
Have you used a piece of paper to block toner...
We have 2 issues here for black screen.
1) The most common. Polygon motor fails and taking the BiCu board with it. As other said if you use a torch on the display or use WIM you'll see SC202. Repair...
Try to clean the frame above trasfer belt unit. Too much toner builds there and cause unfused toner to smear before paper reaches fusing unit. Worth to try.
