Update!... It was the paper lift motor, must have had a intermittent problem, the drawer would lift and would feed a few sheets of paper before throwing the error. thanks for the help!

Tried the U600 and firmware, It will not allow you to run U600 becuase it does not reconize the Fax card in the machine.
