    Might check to see if "Allow Less Secure Apps" is turned off (should be on). That will block the copier from sending via gmail. Also make sure you are using smtp.gmail.com SSL on and port 465....

    Replaced the HDD's and both cables from OP panel to the IPU. Also tried another OP panel and made sure all firmware was current.

    Still can not get the hard keys to work on the op panel....

    I just checked the PSG's, they are not the same. c3002 uses Type J and c830dn uses Type L
