All lines are cleaned off and all internal test prints come out without the lines.
Tested file in shop and had no lines.

The lines are cross feed on trailing edge.
They are visible on the transfer belt but have never been able to see them...
Remove the back panel of the exit tray section of the finisher.
Remove the Up Down motor assembly. (hold the exit trays while doing this)
Lower the trays below the paper exit slot.
Install the Up...

How many times have you got it most of the way back together, Looked down and saw a piece that needed to go in earlier.

Check to make sure the static illuminators are not gummed up with junk stopping the paper from falling down completely.

Did you fuse the belt or put a new fuse in the old belt.
If you fused the belt make sure it was the correct fuse.
It is panel reset.
Unless everyone is signing out of the copier when thy leave or signing the previous operator out when they arrive they may as well turn that off.

If there is no error code you will need to remove the drum and clean the toner control board sensors.

So the fix was to re-flash the copier? Or to replace all known parts?
I would feel a little sceptic leaving this machine.
All this should be done before any print has gone through the machine.
Access to maintenance mode is necessary.

Try to re-flash firmware sounds like it thinks it is installed in a C-252
That is the worst belt damage I have ever seen If you do figure out what caused that let us know.
All units should be manufactured after that date by now.
