Hi, it was one of the drive clutches that caused me this fault, I had to replace it in the end as cleaning did not work, I'm not sure which one it was as it was a little while ago, but I think it may...
Hi, sorry but it would appear that you would have to change all of the drive gears and rfid chips as well as cutting off the fins, it was just to much work for little savings.
Cheers Mike
Hi did you manage to resolve this issue as I have the same fault on a 2550ci.
Many thanks
Mike
Hi Blackcat
Thanks for your response, I did wonder whether the physical cartridges were different, a bit like Konica and Olivetti, but as I am relatively new to the Utax brand I thought it worth...
Hi Blackcat
I was looking at all of the models, I can source the genuine Kyocera toners at approx. 20-25% cheaper than that from Utax as a dealer, I am just looking into whether they work straight...
Hi all
Does anyone know if you can use the Kyocera Mita toners in the TA/ Utax machines, as they are the same machine to all intense and purpose.
Sorry if this question has already been asked...
You could try Katun, they don't list them for a 790, but looking at them, they appear to be the same as the 780.. Cheers
You can try 12345678 Cheers:)
You could also try the dev unit clutch, have had very similar faults on other konica minoltas. Cheers:)
Hi
I thought that the black drums have a different resistance value than the colours, the colour drums are ok to interchange though.
I could be wrong but that is what I seem to remember.
Hi all this is my first posting on this site so here goes.
I am trying to reset the transfer belt unit on the olivetti mf 2000, I was led to beleive that you can reset the counters in the service...
You could try PC Care based in Hoddesdon www.pccare.co.uk , they sell Olivetti parts, not sure about Konika but most Olivettis are Konika..
