    Found it! Panic over everybody, problem solved. Stopped trying to print from a NUC running Open Office and printed from the laptop with MS Office and all went well.

    Please be gentle with me as it's been 18 months since I retired and I have forgotten so much (a lot of it deliberately!)

    The old faithful SPC 252 died so I upgraded to a SPC 252sf that fell off...

    Very basic and don't play well with 3rd party software. Heaps of firmware updates but as they fix one issue its more than likely to introduce a new one.
    C/Q is very average, we have lots of problems...

    This week it is the HP P777 Pagewide injet A3 series. Launched buy HP two years ago to revolutionise the A3 copier market it failed spectacularly.
    It only had half a brain, could never work out...
