we have used paper shim and wooden shim please see attached pics

Shim would go almost directly below power switch.

I concur didn't these have to have ps3 enabled and when they didn't they print gibberish

Put a shim between the 2 trays we have done this to everyone of our machines for the same issue and it resolved the problem on 12 machines.

It is a known issue and there is an foc replacement for the touch panel, but you have to call ssd first

C35s don't get lines of shame, since there is no setup, we have had several with main pwb issues and hv unit, I would tend to think it is with hv unit especially if someone previously removed it,...

Home depot has a window shim kit, using wooden shims. We have found that these work the best. Konica will not acknowledge there is an issue though

Is this with the extra tray installed if it is, we use a shim on the front left corner and it has resolved the issue on 25 machines so far

Have seen this a couple times, usually it's because the transfer belt was not all the way in or screwed down before the door was shut, it's not a lot of fun to get it open afterwards

But even if they said you paid too much for the equipment it shouldn't matter because you are insuring for a certain amount, if the equipment was a total lost they should be paying the insured...
