    There is a circuit board on the front of the machine. Check the connectors. I think its called Front PWB

    Yep, it's the ribbon cable at the bottom of the op panel front, The cable is not secured well and vibrates loose.

    Stock up on internal finisher catch trays, very flimsy. If you look underneath there is a hole in between the attaching tabs; secure with self tapping screws. I don't like the fact that the tray...

    A key is stuck down or you have a bad operation panel. Some times disassembly and cleaning of the unit will help.

    Check the micro switch that is tripped when you lift the tray into position, the actuator can get knocked off.
