The jam code is j018...We have replaced all the sensors in the fuser and duplex unit. Our next attempt will be to replace the IO board. We are thinking this has to be a logic problem...

Yes, all size papers regardless of the paper source...including the by-pass. It's the damnest thing!

2. our machine jams only when duplexing a single copy, but not on multiples....makes no sense!
