Hello Guys

Im stuckup in KM Bizhub 363 as I turn on th emachine and start on the display is showing the hour glass after 15 seconds
the screen became black and starts again showing an hour glass...

So it means the machine did not recognize the sd card or the fw are not in correct folder or correct file type
which folder did you put the firmware and what is file extensions.

pls. tel me which firmware version in the machine now

your problem was on the firmware, you must upgrade the firmware Ricoh japan had announce this problem. there are some bugs on the software . pls let me know your machine firrmware version

Bro' I have 5 machine showing the same problem all of them I replace the power supply and solve
the problem. only problem psu is expensive.

I have thesame problem on mp9000/mp1300 light copies after around 10,000 copies I upgrade the firmware to version 6.04
but nothing happens, now i send a report to ricoh about this problem and wait...
