Do an A3 test chart I think 5 or 6 grid and jam the machine by opening the door and check image on the belt.
also try each colour individually if you have not done that and see if it is just one...

Agree on the ITB cleaning blade flip! You will soon know when you check it, the belt will be covered in toner usually bands of colour.

Check the send log and details of failed ones, what is the error code it will help you identify what may be happening?
also try browsing to the folder from the machine, might just need reentering in...

Just change the blade and make sure you apply powder to the belt and rotate it to lube the blade.
unless the belt is causing CQ issues leave it.
