    it doesn't jam in the duplex it makes past it. If it is a sensor how would you test it? Tried sensor calibration and still doing the same thing.

    We just had to replace all colors during calibration.
    internal prints are the same as copying. it jams every time.
    we cleaned all sensors, updated and firmware.

    Paper is jammed
    Open the left door, remove the duplex unit, lower the platen
    by pressing the green latch and clear any paper. close the
    platen and insert the duplex unit.

    HP OfficeJet Pro X476dn, when it first starts up it will print fine, after it has warmed up it keeps jamming about a 3rd of paper is printed. can not find any solutions to this problem. any solutions...

    I also had a similar problem with jamming at APPD1_N on a MX-M264N. I had to rebuild fuser. It was curling too much.
