    it is hard to diagnose a fuser unit with this info.
    Perhaps you can take a fuser from a another machine and see if it works fine...
    The cause could be anything...
    If the movement of the fuser unit...

    when you ping the IP address of the mp2852, does it repply from that ip address?
    If no, then that is your problem.

    When moisture is in the paper - wether it is paper, labels, tranparances,... - it will jam.
    Moisture is the issue.

    i have had this issue at a Af. 3030, long time ago!
    Ricoh has solved this for me.
    The problem was due to the customer who took away the printouts to quicly; so the mechanism get out of position......

    But I still do not believe it.
    It's a problem you must rely on what customer tells you and that is rather hard.
