The edocs (electronic documentation) have everything to service a Xerox machine, including parts lists, adjustments, repairs, status code diagnostics, electrical diagrams, etc. The edoc for a product must be loaded on a portable work station , usually a laptop. The edocs alone are worthless without the pws software loaded first and enabled with a password. It is too expensive to buy a pws laptop if you are servicing only one machine.

No. Edocs run as part of Internet explorer and cannot be converted to PDF documents.
