Have an MX-M503N that I need to pull the MX-FR14 off of. I've tried the procedures for removing the commercial DSK, but have been unsuccessful. I've also tried some stuff in the special codes, to no avail as well as replacing the HDD. The only way I could get it out of the A0-15 was to switch eeproms with a good non DSK machine, so I assume it's writing to the eeprom. Any input appreciated.

Sorry to say, that's the only way I know of. That is replacing all the EEPROMS. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
