Is the top cover warped, or the seal curling down, scooping developer off the mag roller? =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Hi
how old is the main charger ?
There are a few reasons this happens. The seal the other guys have mentioned should be replaced every PM. The best way is to order the DV unit cover for the ARM277. It comes with the seal already installed. the new one doesn't. The DV unit can be a problem and is inexpensive. The main charger is a definite cause and should be replaced every 3-4 PM's. Better yet the entire drum unit. I have replace the main charge only to have to go back after more DV dump and replace the whole drum unit. somehow the plastic must conduct when it gets old. Also, never, never use aftermarket drums and toners on Sharp 200 thru 317 series. I have 257/277's in the field with 700k on them running 50k per quarter and no problems.
