We took delivery of 4 5140's over Christmas having used a number of Canon MFD's for the last few years.
The install by Sharp was a long drawn out affair with many features not implemented including Scan to Email, the Sharp engineer had no idea how to get it working.
I have tried in vain to find a guide online on how to set it up.
We are a small school that really needs to have this working for our staff and I have been tasked with resolving it.
Can anyone point to a guide to show what settings are needed and where they input?
We are using Office 365, I have the SMTP and DNS settings.
