Sharp machines curling paper

Supplied the customer better paper at a lower cost than they were paying and it doesn't curl now

The sponges previously mentioned do fix this problem for the most part. Paper can help too. Sometimes it can be fuser related, temperature and if the bearings are getting tired.

Does anybody know if there are exit sponges for the MX-5112/MX-5141 series?

We have a client who has trouble with double sided A3 prints...problem well known with sharp...

Looked something like MFP-TB-1202, but nothing to find...

from what i experienced... mx363n changed web then kwala...paper curl gone for good... ofc you need to do sim with it.

I had this issue on a 3110N with a standard output tray (no finisher).

There are suppose to be 2 black shiny flaps where the paper exits and these de-curl the paper. Remove static from the paper?

Unfortunately, they are not listed in parts guides. They come standard with the machines. I had to take them off a machine in our warehouse.

Solved my issue.
