There are two clutches that control the position of the transfer belt during printing. One for color and the other for black and white, and what you described sounds as if the one that controls the black and white position is slipping.

Are the DV unit levels good? Did you try new toner?

Hi, DV levels are good, we already replaced the developer thinking it could be contaminated.
