    Sharp AR-337

I have been fighting this for a while. The proble is the bypass will Z-fold the paper, but not all the time. On the machines I have been trained on this can be adjusted, but I can't find an adj for this in the manual.
    Does anyone have any ideas?

    Thank you

    Cameron

Replace the paper feed drive frame part # CFRM-0945FC31

You could also try adj T/C 51-02 item A Bypass initial value is 50. Try changing
to see if it helps. I do agree with the paper drive unit as the clutches in them were problematic since day one.

I agree with all the previous posters:

Z-folds first side at pre-registration roller leaving a 22mm void. Second side has a curved 5mm void. "Please Check The Paper Guide Settings Of The Bypass Tray." Misfeeds (jam code MFT, PSD_N, POD1_N) 1-2 duplex from bypass only, overlapping two pages. Bypass Clutch overdrives. Replace the bypass clutch or paper feed drive assembly (CFRM-0945FC31).

The buckle adjustment cannot compensate for this problem. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Change clutch. It is cheaper than the block in gathering. As SHARP has given the official report about their change

    Thanks Vlad,
Would you happen to know the part number for that?
I have the parts manual but it isn't very good.

    Thanks

In the technical report it has been told, that муфты it is necessary to change all 5 pieces. 2 one kinds and 3 another. Their numbers:
    Type 1
    The old: PCLC-0278FCZZ
    The intermediate: PCLC-0287FCZZ
New precisely I do not know. But I remember it seems PCLC-0287FCZ2 or Z3
    Type 2
    The old: PCLC-0283FCZZ
    The intermediate: PCLC-0288FCZZ
New precisely I do not know. But I remember it seems PCLC-0288FCZ2 or Z3

I assorted муфты, trying to find the reason. The reason the fused varnish of the winding which have got on rubbing surfaces. It is possible to disassemble and clean. But not on long will suffice.
