    Exclamation Sharp ARM 700 Fax

I had to take the fax board off a machine in the office and put it on a customers, when I press the image send button it says to turn on the fax switch but I cant find one. I have looked through the 700 service manual but I do not have one for the fax board.

    Can anyone help? Thanks

Make sure the country code in Sim 66-2 is set to USA. The code is 10110101.

You also need to clear the fax memory. I'll pretty sure that's sim 66-10. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Question in a theme. Why it is necessary to clear memory of a fax after installation? (So write to instructions on installation)

Have you checked the outputs at the power connector that the fax box connects to?
