    AR-507 With RSPF

Council is necessary. AR-507 Run 1200K
Without use RSPF - works normally. But at use RSPF gives out jam copies on an exit. The copy almost left, but 1 centimetre remained in the conclusion block (Finisher is absent). jam occurs not always, but it is very frequent. Without use RSPF all is excellent. How can influence RSPF on jam copies?
The device costs in a distance from a civilisation (a taiga, bears and a pipe with gas).
Pressure, temperature and humidity within norm.

Yes. All is adjusted correctly. Worked perfectly within 7 years. And now a problem. I have spent all the day in the empty. Anything to a head does not come. One, apparently, is not connected with another. As copying process, begins only after process of reading and these processes are not crossed (at manufacturing of one copy).
I tend to thought, that all the same a problem with definition of a format of the original. But: Auto original definition – А4, a tray and paper А4.

Did it have a finisher that has just been removed? if so you will need some exit springs

No no no. Finisher there was never. These are difficulties of transfer of electronic translator PROMT. I know, that at installation Finisher the gear wheel in an output block varies. But it not that case

    Inverter Gate

I've got a theory for you:

When you feed from the copyboard glass there is no need for face down delivery. All the copies are the same.

When you use the RSPF, face down delivery is required to keep the copies in the correct order. Take a look at the inverter gate in the delivery door. I suspect when you check the jam codes you'll find POD2-NR and POD1-SR.

Misfeeds (jam code POD2_NR, POD1_SR) after the paper exits into the finisher. The copies are not inverted in the tray on AR-507. The lever that operates the inverter gate in the delivery breaks. The paper is not inverted before exiting. Repair or replace the inverter gate (PGiDM1878FCZZ).

What jam codes are you getting? =^..^=

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.

Many thanks to you blackcat4866. You have very much helped me. And why I have not guessed? Absolutely precisely. In one case the text on a copy on the one hand sheet, and in other – with another. Truly. And after all I, hardly have not broken the brain. Probably I had a stereotype of the big analogue copy machines.
    Codes have coincided

    I'm glad to help.

The first time I saw this problem I was totally confused by the face up delivery when it was supposed to be face down. That machine had the AR-FN1N finisher, and I spent hours on the stupid finisher. Finally I disconnected it, and the problem remained. =^..^=
