    MX-M6500

the original problem was poor CQ, F2-42 and F2-78 codes...300K is on the counter...cleaned the machine and changed all the dev's and drums...then F2-43 was displayed...so we swapped the yellow toner sensor...still getting the same code...anyone have a problem like this?

If the machine is making a bad noise the drive for the yellow drum, dev is bad. There is a motor and two gears to replace to fix this situation.

If no noise I have replaced the developer unit to correct the error.

You may also want to check the toner pipe to the back side of the frame running from the toner to the developer unit to see if it has a stoppage.

Run 25-1 with toners removed. Your readings should be 100 - 130. If not, your dv / toner mix is off...clogged waste auger or toner feed tubes
