    MX2610 lines

I changed the magenta developer and primary belt. The lines are on copies and prints intermittently.
I also cleaned the laser mirrors. Unit is in a dirty factory. I did 25-2 for magenta,
then 44-2 and 6, then 50-22 registration, and finally 46-74.
    See the samples.

That looks like a failed LSU unit to me. Maybe someone else would like to confirm that.

Yes, I was lucky that reseating the LSU connectors took care of the problem.

there is a strong possibility the drive gear on the back of the PTU is worn...that might account for the poor CQ...try running 50-22 before you run 44-xx and 46-xx simulations...maybe show us what comes out when you run 46-74 calibration simulation...

A broken drive gear may account for the colour alignment issues, however it does not explain the lines on the page. That will almost certainly be an LSU related problem.

Hopefully just a connector issue, but I never seem to get that lucky . lol

Looks like a High Voltage leakage. The original page is one color? which is the exit direction of the paper, is the long edge?

I reconnected all board, connectors, and memory. Everything is fine now.
