ar286 low toner shown

i have a ar286 m/c keep indicating low toner. the toner is full inside the hopper. the print out density is good too. i wonder what setting can i do to fix it?

If you refilled the toner cartridge, then you have to replaced the toner chip as well.

Its a Cougar no chip.

Its going to be the foam roller in the toner box thats disintegrating. You need to replace that with the seals and bearings.

Split the dev and toner box and empty the toner out(save it) and then look at the roller in the bottom and you will see what I mean.
