MX-4111N won't Saddle Stitch

I had an MX-5111 with an FN-10 that wouldn't feed to the saddle tray and I discovered that I couldn't move the saddle staple units in the SIM mode. After trying the usual stuff... firmware, connectors reseated and settings on the unit, I ended up replacing the saddle stitch assembly and my problem was resolved. The removal of the saddle stitch unit is a 2 hour job if its your first time , just follow the manual and have some room to work if possible. This might not be your case but good luck either way.
