Just curious if anyone has seen a problem with toner sticking to the exit area of fuser? Any fixes? I have that one that only takes a few days to have it again.

it may be time for a PM with a drum and developer...or at least clean it and recalibrate...
ditto above.....
we are seeing the same thing but only on machines we are "stretching"
we are seeing the same issues with our high volume boxes. pms are done on time
You may want to look at the DV unit. They did change the doctor blade.
Just my 2 pence (im english) a lot of people dont clean the dev filters on the black and white machines.
If its high volume you can sometimes get to stage where the guides can loose the curvature so the paper does not flow over it but crashes and passes with out jamming. You can only really tell when putting them side by side.
It didn't say that I couldn't do it in the manual.
These units seem to pull developer and toner from the rear side of the drum which accumulates on the fuser guide. check your charge corona and drum blade just outside the image area on the drum.
I am following this thread closely. We have one doing this. We have changed the drum, fuser, MK, dev and dev unit. The strange thing is the customer has never said there is toner smearing on their prints. But after 20,000 sheets or so they will get jamming issues due to the amount of toner built up on the guide above the fuser (still part of the fuser unit)
We have monitored the power and have seen some dips below 100v. So we have suspended anymore troubleshooting until the customer addresses this.
Thanks

I see a new bulletin that was issued yesterday. Change of DV unit to deal with toner dispersion from DV unit.
MFP-TB-1643
There is also a bulletin for the transfer unit, MFP-TB-1567
Failing to plan is planning to fail!!!
