    Sub Black Front 10

My company was recently given a Sharp MX-C401. All drums are new OEM. The ITB was damaged (lots of bumps along one edge) so it was rebuilt.
The machine fails sim 50-22 every time. Error is usually "sub black front 10". I have also seen one or two "sub black front 51" and one error referring to main. Also have had "main cyan front 61".
Registration sensors have been checked and cleaned.

Any ideas? Black drum? New ITB?
This is the only Sharp copier I service so I'm no expert on them.

    Thanks in advance!

[ATTACH]37273 You will need the service manual to follow the procedure. There are adjustment procedure you will have to follow in order to correct the issue.

Thanks. I have the manual and I'll implement this procedure sometime this week.
