now that sounds therapeutic. Take a few shots for me. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

On the one it says Error 1,3,3,0,0 but unfortunately I have no idea what needs cleaned or kicked for that one.

    Re: MX-363N printing offset

I haven't worked on this model in quite a while, but I do have something to offer. I first noticed on the Sharp Tiger, JupterI and DragonI series that the sub-scan image registration adjustment in the service manual made no sense at all.

Now we've all seen bad translations (anyone for a lump unit or deveroper assembry?), but this is 4 pages of incomprehensible gibberish. Modesty aside, I think I'm pretty good at following a manual, but after spending a whole day trying to puzzle it out, I just gave up and figured out my own procedure.

I'll be the first to say that my procedure is repetitive, but you do end up with a 100% ratio image that registers properly on the paper. The procedure I wrote was composed for the Tiger, JupiterI, and DragonI, but maybe you can stretch it to fit your situation (It is a JupiterIII after all?):
