lol, I've never actually tested it with my finger. I simply felt it when I was swapping in a brand new one, couldn't tell much of a difference and in this case it didn't fix my problem.

Oddly enough....had the same exact issue constantly on a couple of 402SC's. Had replaced torque limiters and rollers, customer kept calling back with multifeed. Went for a hail mary and replaced the feed clutches. Haven't heard from em since. Not sure how or why, but it seemed to work.

FYI the issue was clutch related. So in this case replacing the clutches has resolved the issue.
