I have suggested it to my client again. They will get their IT dept to install Foxit tomorrow and she will follow up with me afterwards. Thanks for all your input!
Well, another follow up done today, and they are still getting the same issue using Foxit. Our tech support suggested changing the LSU board (even after changing out the whole assembly twice) and still no progress. I am out of ideas.
boutn: I have verified their settings in Adobe and the box is already not checked. By using Foxit, would it not also confirm that this is not the cause?

Any time I've seen similar it was always while printing pdf's.
They really need to make sure that windows is up to date
