    Here are 2 ideas. 1. Try to upload a fresh blank clone. 2. If the clone does not work, then try a end of lease. I suggest to backup all customer data, but do not re-upload it untill you have checked the machine, and verified that it is working well. Then upload the customer's data, and if the problem comes back, then something in the web setting is the issue. I would then do the end of lease again, and start from scratch on inputting the data for the customer. Hope this helps

    Issue resolved. Might be that my original thought to cherry pick which updates actually update might not be the best method (one gets missed etc etc etc) or the thumb drive I had goofed or . . . . Rerunning the firmware update with all instead of just the ones with new files did the trick. Machine is up and running, squeaky but running.
