    New to Sharp

    Hi everyone,

We just made a switch of vendors, and Sharps were their best option.
    Model #s
    MX-5141N
    C4070N
    M365N

We have run into a few things that we have questions with.

We are running into an issues that we can't use TLS with scan to email on any of our copiers.
We use G Suite and we must turn on "Allow Less Secure Apps" for any form of scan to email to work(which we don't like)

We also have LDAP set up and we cater to making things as user friendly and quick as possible.
Our problem with the global directory is how many key presses it takes to actually get to the email search in the Global Address book.
Is there any way to customize these kinds of options or are we kind of SOL with that.

We are waiting from our vendors to contact Sharp, but figured I would try here as well.

    Thanks

I don't know if would help you, but MX4070 has a standard Gdrive connector.
Very userful because you can apply single sign on with LDAP and connection with GDRIVE.
    Have a look here. Sharp MX-3070N | MX-3570N | MX-4070N New Features
