AR-M205 The motor of duplex RMOTS0042QSZZ cracks

I have, that on all new devices, at the press of the second party of a copy, the crash of the motor of a duplex is audible. As a result – jamming. The motor cracks at small loading on a rotor. Thus the rotor does not rotate. In the motor the crash is audible. All devices which are ill with given illness, are made in Thailand and have number beginning with figures: 7305 ….
Whether met similar and as with it to struggle. The factory has not reacted yet to this problem. The factory writes, that the given problem did not meet. In general the factory strange reacts to criticism in the address. The claim on frequent failure of a lamp in an oven, namely lamps – the assistant has been stated. In device AR-M276. Result has not followed. They do not have negative statistics on the given problem.

It sounds as though you have specifically identified a problem with the duplex motor. There are three possible reasons that a pulse motor can stall:
    1) defective motor.
    2) excessive drag or incorrect gear mesh.
    3) defective motor driver circuitry.
I personally have not experienced what you describe on the Panther Series (AR-M205).

I have noticed something similar on the Gazelle, Leopard, and Andromeda Series machines (AR-M208N, AR-M235N, AR-M275N, AR-M237N, AR-M277N). The delivery unit gears mesh poorly, allowing gear teeth to jump intermittently. There is a simple fix for this. Loosen the rear screw securing the delivery unit. Insert a #10 flat washer between the delivery unit and the frame just above the screw and snug it up. This puts a slight twist into the delivery unit properly engaging the gears.

I don't know if this will help you, but here it is..... =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Good evening Blackcat4866. I am very glad to a meeting with you.
I tend to a variant №1 defective motor. To that tested the motor on hands. Sim 25-1. The motor rotor braked a finger. The result – a crunch and a crash in the motor and a rotor stops. Effort a finger put very weak.
The drive mechanism in the device rotates very easily and silently. The crash and noise arise in the case of the motor. I took the motor from model AR-201 (it a little another on a design) and have included it in AR-M205. Tested too on hands. At strong loadings of a crash and a crunch is not present. The rotor rotates, not looking on what. To establish on a landing place in the drive block it was not possible, to that too short plait of wires of the motor.
I think, that in motor AR-M205 there is a reducer with plastic gear wheels or a ratchet protecting IC the driver from overloads of a rotor of the motor. And this mechanism not correctly works. The motor to disassemble it was not possible. It has a disposable design.
Has ordered the new motor and it I will test and compare to others.
As to as a whole, qualities of devices from Thailand – that it bad, even in comparison with China. The motor do in Thailand (on it there is an inscription). Happens, that in the new device, original cartridges are not inserted. (It at installation of the new device). CRUM the socket, in the device, is crookedly established at factory and does not enter into gearing with CRUM a socket on a cartridge)
Further I will keep you informed events.

Today installed AR-M276 2006 of release (long laid in a warehouse). Has met, described by you, a case. Strong noise of gear wheels at a copy conclusion. And also a lath crunch shifter. Lath shifter has greased and under screws of the motor of a conclusion has put linings. You meant it?276.JPG

That was not what I was thinking of when I spoke of washers.

Your use of shims may improve the gear mesh (called: gear lash). If you have another pulse motor that fits well but the wiring harnass is too short, I would consider splicing on additional wire and a suitable connector. Most pulse motors do not have an internal gear reduction, and the speed is controlled by the motor driver circuitry, so speed is not an issue when swapping motors.

My apologies if I have misunderstood any of your comments. =^..^=

    Thanks for the answer blackcat4866
To extend wires it is possible. But devices with such problem more than 10 pieces. All of them new also have a guarantee from the manufacturer. Not looking that our organisation also carries out the given guarantee certificates, I will ask factory to send free of charge new motors. I think, it will be fair and fair. It is their problem. The representative of factory refers to absence of statistics on the given problem in Europe.
p.s. My apologies for a wire transfer from Russian on English language

I assumed that there was some translation from Russian to English. The words make sense but the order of the words gets jumbled. It's like a word puzzle. =^..^=

I will try to use simple sentences. The electronic translator translates short sentences well.
Today has received the new engine. Tomorrow there will be an experiment.
