Enjoy.

Failing to plan is planning to fail!!!
We don't have a lot of these in the field yet but it sounds like it is knowledge worth having.
Thanks
Nice documentation! =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

I was hoping this would save me out in the field. I followed the steps and gave it a test, but I was running out of time. Still double fed a few so I left the site for now, planning to come back and try again.
This post is fairly old... Any new tips or bulletins out now?

I've had luck by decreasing the tension of the separation roller instead of increasing. No need to disassemble either. Just stick a flat blade driver into the coils of the spring and twist hard enough to lengthen the spring just a mm or two.
