What is a situation when you scan to email one page? Maybe somebody put limit for files, or mail is limited in MB.

On machine in scan settings check that is “unlimited”, also you must to know what is max of attachment which is defined by email server

Also, while you are on that specific tab on the web interface, I would make sure that Mono2 is selected for both Scan and Email. Change the compression to High as well. These changes will help to keep the sizes down to a minimum. Making sure the Unlimited is set will help, but if their email server only accepts up to a certain size, then there is nothing more that you can do on your end.
