    MX2640 & Win2012

    Hi Guys

I am having a big issue with a Sharp MFP that is not seen by a Windows 2012 Server.
I mean that in Network MFP with 192.168.2.58 can be seen by all the clients, while Server With 192.168.2.125 is not seeing MFP. (No WebPage, No Ping, No Print).
I tried whatever I know about WINServer (Firewall, and Local Policies) but no way. FW is updated.
    MFP has no IP filtering.

A Ricoh MPC2550 on the same Net "192.168.2.54" is well seen and printing.

What can I check? Any clue?
    Thanks.

Try using the SC2 IP port for Sharp as opposed to the standard IP port. Set the driver from RAW to LP, name the queue, and check the box to enable byte counting.
You can also try dumping memory with SIM 67-17 but you will have to reconfigure some network settings.

Failing to plan is planning to fail!!!

    Any resolution?

Can you ping server from MFP?

Set machine to DHCP, does it pull an address? If yes can you ping that IP from server?
