    sharp mx-620 post sheet inserter

when inserting 30 lb colored plain paper the paper falls thru bottom side instead of feeding back up and out the post sheet inserter. I have added more pressure to rollers by bending the pressure plate hoping this would solve problem but it came back after about 50 jobs. Of course no issue with plain 20 lb paper. Total pages run thru inserter is around 400 sheets. if i add to much pressure for one type of paper it causes problems other paper. The paper i have the problem is not coated or special just of the shelf colored plain bond paper. THANKS FOR ANY SUGGESTIONS.

I didn't have this exact same issue but when I had paper just falling out of the inserter one of the metal guide plates was warped (out of the box) just enough to provide a gap for the paper to fall through. It happened with 20# paper though so I don't know if it is the same problem or not. Good luck.
