new sharp mx-2630n

Hi, I have a brand new sharp mx-2630n and if you look in parts manual under exteriors 2 part number 1&4. part numbers are LSOU-0274fczz and GCAB-1616FCZZ description delivery tray and delivery tray cabinet. When you get the machine, the delivery tray cabinet is already on the machine, the delivery tray you have to put it on. The problem I have is the machine was set like this: copies come out on bottom tray, Faxes and Print jobs on upper tray. Copies were fine, Faxes and Print jobs one copy would come out then machine would jam. I had to put a piece of paper in a sensor in the back of the machine to make it work. To explain where this sensor is, If you look at the installation guide for mx-tr20 (Job Separator Tray)

2)attach the job separator tray

look at picture, the picture inside the square points to the sensor.

My question is if I get a mx-tr20 does something hit that sensor or is there something else wrong?

did you set up sim26-1 B to 0 for job separator ?

I ordered a job separator and found out the lever is on the job separator tray. this took care of my problem, Thanks
